Entry #6. Today is the last day I will be visiting CYS-0112358-FR. There appears to be an event that Flower Cyno has been preparing for the past few days. She woke up extra early today and was smiling more than necessary. She set up signs and bloomed the flowers so brightly that I had to turn down the brightness on my receptors.

Around noon, more citizens than usual flooded into her shop, and they were all holding little cups with dirt inside. Upon closer inspection, some of the cups had the tiniest sprout of green. They spend the afternoon talking and laughing, and at the end, Flower Cyno chose a winner, the pot with the most green. It was a negligible amount of green. It will probably wither away without ever seeing the sun after several days.

But Flower Cyno breathed life into the cups, and all of a sudden the green sprang to life, blossoming into every colour under the sun. Each citizen marvelled at their own pot.

I think I can surmise how Flower Cyno awakened her Starcore. As I stated before, there are stereotypical Cyno traits that most Cynos have. Chances are, Flower Cyno had the same trait: a black thumb. She most likely attempted to help the citizens only to find each petal withering… between… her… fingers… …

There is a short video embedded. The screen crackles, and you hear the sound of a voice that sounds like Aino’s. The voice says: “Oh no, I’m sorry!”, but it doesn’t sound serious. It sounds like she is laughing, or holding back laughter. A male voice responds, but it’s too muffled to make out what he says. The screen flickers, and you see a hand, and in the palm of the hand are several petals that have been squished.

Oh. I am not sure what that was. I suppose it was a memory of my past. Perhaps Cynosurae [Streamer] was correct in asking me to conduct this blog. I am not sure what happened in my memory. I do not know who that was, or what the context was. Regardless, I will spend time analysing this memory later. That was jarring.

Back to CYS-0112358-FR. At the end of the day, Cyno [Flower] (N0V4: Side note, Aino seems to write the Cynos with a bracket for their codename now instead of writing it before like “Flower Cyno”. I’m not sure what caused her to change... Perhaps she just thought it was easier to decipher that way. Pragmatic as always.) decided to crown the winner with the longest green sprout in their cup. She created a flower crown, and placed it on the family who won. The eldest son seemed to blush a little when the crown touched his hair. Perhaps I was imagining it, but Cyno [Flower] seemed to redden as well. The children loved it and they wore it all the way home. The laurels will wither in due time, so their happiness will fade as well. I-

Another short video is embedded. This one is no longer than a few seconds. Hands appear on the screen, slender and poised, as if they had never known labour. The hands are holding a white laurel, and the screen dips down in order to receive the crown. The hands dip underneath, tipping the camera up, but the screen turns black before the face is revealed.

Another… Memory. These memories are so foreign to me, they feel almost intrusive. They do not feel as if they are mine. I suppose I won a flower crown in my past life as well. I wonder if my smile was as big as the children as they were running home.

Altogether, I suppose this trip to CYS-0112358-FR was not completely in vain. Two new memories to analyse, although I highly doubt they are relevant. Earlier, I had noted that Cyno from CYS-0112358-FR was ineffective at obtaining her goal if her goal was to bring natural oxygen back to the citizens of CYS-0112358-FR. I stand by my statement. However, upon further analysis, I am no longer sure of her true motives. This universe was an interesting one.
